Follow up thinking: 媒体的职能就是发觉好的内容并把它的价值放大–这背后其实就是人的独特性,specific knowledge 的体现– 实现的途径就是通过不断创新内容和内容形式的结合吧(先把一些可能性都试试 然后这期间应该会有一些机会–无论是合作还是什么)

  • 思考:关于社会身份和本我

两个身份讨论,对于「主要的」社会身份,对外递名片或与公共展示/发言的时候可能大多用的这个身份,所以你是代表一家公司,而不是“个人”,所以你需要顾及很多,而且公司不需要你展示“本我”。所以合理。

而想一些不涉及组织的「个体」身份,就比如你是无名的创立者,这就是你的生意。这个可能现在不显眼,但是如果你终将以个体身份去发展它的时候,我觉「个性」和「本我」就很重要,因为它展示一个品牌的调性和独特性。

关于个人品牌的建立,其实国外很多基金品牌的个人性非常明显(比如A16z的,naval的基金),而且这些人经常发表观点,做预测,他们有自己的website blog、newsletter常年如一日的做,然后积累知名度。

通过他们常年积累的文字和内容,看到他们的思想、思考和行动。而不是仅仅是一个title。就最近我也在思考,如果个体需要依附于公司,那她必须要title,因为那是写在简历上的东西,HR只看简历。而如果你要自己做生意,就需要「个人品牌」去leverage。

J’s takeaway:Actually i realized that leverage will mostly happen via EXCHANGE, not via money relationships. That leads me to the thinking:Does that need to be 100% match,not really.

The orginal intention of red paperclip is just do sth BIGGER and BETTER

What do you have ? if you want to exchange sth with me. if that is something i NEED, then deal.(The value of the 2 can be different)

What do i exchange with people? See what i have in Fat-garage or something you CAN imagine i may have, let’s make a deal ;)

How to engage FGC to the story? say currently i dont have the things you want, i can issue you with a FGCcoin(NFT) to represent the debt. But you have to propose what you want to exchange with me.(this is totally depending on your sense) If i agree with the deal,then deal.

  • Thomas在中译英央行的文章,感觉是一个bridge两个社区的契机。Thom的进行点在于产出英文内容,Jessie可以勾勒一个video story。这一次iteration(迭代)的点在于:反向输出 (from Chinese to the Western)

  • 15:52灵感🔥:FG wiki可以作为人们个人品牌的储存箱。「社会身份」依旧存在,但这里只收录大家的个人品牌。

遗留问题:1)自己的knowledge聚集地需要展示导流,比如A是知乎,B是公众号,C是博客等等。 2)怎么促成exchange而不是单向,因为想要玩positive sum game。

  • GY老师电话☎️讲解零知识证明:witness的理解是理解零知识证明的关键。简单理解就是一台机器同时算无数种可能性,往前走,直到走出一条可行的路径。这个过程没人能知道,很难被复盘,这个过程就叫witness,是零知识的。

GY老师的比喻:在游戏中打boss(boss就相当于bob或游戏中的吃瓜群众),他们不知道你重来了多少次,反正总有一次你能打死他,然而那一次才算数。对了,你是Alice,在数学的世界里,那个魔法就是有一台机器在帮你重来。

  • 关于建知识图书馆的想法💡,交换specific knowledge。

其实也是帮助人们构建个人品牌以及讲故事的过程。(you are the story of yourself)

Jessie:i wanna build a library with a lot of libraries,basically there are smart people who are willing to share their PATH of their 「specific knowledge」.

The audience can easily see where their specific knowledge belongs to and their learning path. That’s why i want you to record how’s your path like when getting the knowledge of 「what is entrepreneurship and how to establish from 0 to 1」,the path can be dynamically updated(via links mainly)

Also inspired by 「the red paper clip」,the EXCHANGE of 「specific knowledge」is also a sexy idea for me, it’s like co-create process for many more possibilities, i will try to find some scenarios to test it if possible

起因:和GY老师的学习过程,其实可以有更多的人加入。但前提是读了资料,了解context,并且可以提问题。

So每次做完一个视频,其实我们就可以把它当作一个教材,然后engage人们进来问问题,形式就是开一个office hour。
